CDKN was housed with LEAD India and operated collaboratively on different climate related issues.
FCRA Overseas 2013-2014 11301699 LEAD India designed and delivered the HSBC 9th Next Generation Development Program in India in May 2013. The theme agreed upon with HSBC for challenge design was Community Based Enterprises for varied sectors and geographical locations. In this program approximately 80 HSBC participants from different cultures participated across 6 different sites in India for a period of 5 days.  Each group was given a real challenge faced at grass-root level to address to. 
FCRA Overseas 2013-2014 407200 LEAD India received an assignment for doing a video coverage capturing the stakeholders under theme Community Based Enterprises at the 6 different sites in India during the HSBC Event. HSBC wanted to LEAD India to capture feedbacks from stakeholders from these six field sites, giving the usefulness of the recommendations made by the Team during their visit.

FCRA Overseas 2015-2016 96000 Acclimatise focuses exclusively on climate change adaptation and was housed with LEAD India in New Delhi. Acclimatise along with LEAD India collaborated on undertaking Vulnerability Assessment for the State of Uttarakhand. LEAD also support other institutional support to Acclimatise in terms of delivering , designing frameworks for adaptation strategies in the state.

LEAD India was a knowledge partner at the Summit, with LEAD fellows documenting and rapporteuring the event. ?The major themes of the event were mountain agriculture and water. ?

FCRA Overseas 2016-2017 3215500 LEAD India for support to produce learning aids to build capacity of civil society organizations working on strengthening the livelihoods of the rural poor. Training modules for diversified livelihood activities were developed under this project. These modules were digitalised and circulated widely for the civil society organizations across the country.

This leadership training was for a team of 40 multi-departmental participants. The program also included a field challenge to the Native Konbac Bamboo Products Pvt Ltd in Sindhudurg district, Maharashtra the Incubation Centre at the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
FCRA Overseas 2016-2017 5898472 Bupa is a global not-for-profit private health and care company serving 32 million customers in 190 countries across the world. In September, 2016, 30 multi-departmental, mid-career employees of Bupa from across the globe came to India as a part of a leadership program. LEAD India was the knowledge partner to design and deliver an experiential field-challenge based.
FCRA Overseas 2016-2017 1379558 In August, 2016, LEAD India under the Asia Foundation designed the “Benefit sharing in a shared basin: nurturing community leadership for regional water governance”. This program seeks to improve the lives of communities, especially of vulnerable communities, including women, affected by decisions made regarding the governance and management of Himalayan Rivers. The project aims to build leadership among individuals and consequently increase community level engagement in the region.
FCRA Overseas 2016-2017 340836 Sustainable Mountain Development Summit (SMDS-V) was held in September in Leh, Ladakh. LEAD India as the knowledge partner designed and delivered the entire training program with local partners. LEAD also had fellows undertaking sessions and presentations at the event. Issues of mountain agriculture, skills development and conservation were discussed.
