I am in a life threatenning situation by the 3rd flor resident of 25 sector Noida. They hanged cage of iron with pots outside there balcony n 3' protruding iron grill from their roof garden . I am in ground floor. Anytime any accident can take place. It is hazardous for my life. 25 sector society office wth two months request complaints reminders r not doing anything. Pls help
