Kadam Pathari chhetra Vikas Sansthan, Kuru, Lohardaga, Jharkhand is formed in 2007. After its formation, the institute has worked in the field of social, economic, cultural and educational technology. Especially for the development of rural environment, to bring the plans of the government on the ground, towards eradicating superstitions, evils and women, helpless, unemployed youth. Awareness has been given about various types of training for self-employment such as sewing-cutting, soap, surf, phenyl, indigo, candle making. Those who compete in sports have also been awarded with certificates. Till now there is no government and non-government funding of any kind except a few.
