An NGO (non-governmental organisation) is a non-profit organisation that operates and functions independently from the government. 4. Citywide NGOs
Citywide non governmental organisations are mostly involved in helping the poor as of their major form of activities. These organisations include the commonly seen Rotary or Lion’s Club, popular chambers of commerce and industry, ethnic or educational groups, associations of community organisations, coalitions of businesses, etc.
5. Empowering NGOs

I am Mr singha from silchar, my brother in laws is suffering Ankylosing spondylitis from since 2019.last 2020 we are going to surgery his left side thigh, at popular hospital patna. But now we are not able to surgery the next sight because of unavailability amount. In that surgery the cost is appx 4.5 Lakhs in that time. His age is only near 30 and he is not able move and walk yet. We are belongs to middle class family and under this covid situation our job also running very poor conditions.
