An NGO (non-governmental organisation) is a non-profit organisation that operates and functions independently from the government. Some of the community based NGOs are also supported by national or international NGOs and some of them function independently, all by themselves.
4. Citywide NGOs
Citywide non governmental organisations are mostly involved in helping the poor as of their major form of activities. These organisations include the commonly seen Rotary or Lion’s Club, popular chambers of commerce and industry, ethnic or educational groups, associations of community organisations, coalitions of businesses, etc.
5. Empowering NGOs

Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to draw a poor family in which the main family member has been treated in PGI since 3week due to pneumonia lung infection in ICU ward. He's single person who earn his family income by his auto only. But he's suffering from no money for his treatment. As per Dr' s advised he has infected lungs as well as throat infection. His family has been spent almost 75K-1Lakh till now after getting loan basis of money.
Now he hasn't a single penny for his treatment.
