An NGO (non-governmental organisation) is a non-profit organisation that operates and functions independently from the government. 7.TANGO: Any NGO that offers technical assistance falls under this category.
8. GSO: GSO is an abbreviation for Grassroots Support Organisations.

10. CHARDS: This is a short form for Community Health and Rural Development Society.
