The Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India (AGRASRI) primary object is to develop a sound and efficient grassroots democratic system in contemporary India in achieving Gandhian dream Gram Swaraj through Grassroots Democracy. In pursuance of the aims and objectives of the AGRASRI towards the strengthening grassroots democratic institutions as Self-sufficient Village Republics in India, a large number of academic, research and training activities have been organised by AGRASRI in AP.
